We at Toughdog do our very best to provide you with quality service and top-of-the-line product. If our product is faulty in some way, please reach out to us so that we can create an RMA for you. Below is our warranties by product.

TDSS: 5-Year Warranty

LEGACY TOUGHDOG: 60 Days and Final Sale (Previous Legacy equipment had 3-Year Warranty, please check in with the sales team to see if your item is eligible)

ACCESSORIES: 1-Year Warranty

RMA's can take up to a few days depending on the issue at hand. We ask for your patience and thank you for your understanding.

Please note that warranties are voided automatically in the case that the item has physical damage caused by either the installer or the end-user.
